At Second Perspective, we strive to provide high-quality business consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Consultation Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their scheduled consultation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

If a consultation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.

Post-Consultation Policy

Once a consultation session has been conducted, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the outcome or client satisfaction.

Payment Processing

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
